When applicable, prices displayed on the Watches and Fine Jewelry sections of the Australian portion of the SIMON ALEXANDER website are shown in Australian dollars and do not include taxes. Prices are provided for informational purposes and are not binding. Prices indicated on the Watches and Fine Jewelry sections of the Australian portion of the SIMON ALEXANDER website are based on prices established by SIMON ALEXANDER for its SIMON ALEXANDER Boutiques in Australia and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed are based on size N, 7, 52 or Medium; therefore, prices for items in smaller or larger sizes are likely to vary.
7. No Waiver
The failure on the part of SIMON ALEXANDER to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any of SIMON ALEXANDER's rights hereunder for past or future actions.
8. Jurisdiction
Any dispute over the content or use of the Sites shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of South Australia, and the jurisdiction and venue of any such action shall be vested solely in the federal and state courts of South Australia.
9. Miscellaneous
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIMON ALEXANDER with respect to the use of the Sites.

10. Online Diamond Search
Due to the extensive range of diamonds within our database, our server has limitations regarding the platform and it's performance, which is currently being rectified. As a result, some diamonds may not be listed live. Please email shop@simonalexander.com.au for any diamonds not listed. In turn, Simon Alexander will provide further information from our database overflow.
