Refund Policy

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice - so please choose carefully.
 
You are entitled to a refund if the goods you purchased:

• are defective (the defect has not been caused by you)
• do not match the description or sample provided by us
• do not do what they are supposed to do or what we said they would do.

If you prefer, Simon Alexander will exchange or repair the goods where possible.

This refund policy applies only if you return the goods within 7 days and there is proof that you have purchased the item from Simon Alexander.

Shipping

For domestic shipment, it takes up to 3-5 working days and is free to all Australian cities. For all the other post enquiries, please contact us to get the quote.

For overseas shipment (up to 500g), it takes up to 10 -14 working days  and costs $70 to USA, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia Pacific.All the other post enquiries, please contact us to get the quote.
 
All the shipment service are provided by Secure Platinum Post, if need to change other shipment provider, please feel free to contact us.
