Made to order, approved by you

Every Simon Alexander piece is made individually to order. Before anything is made, you approve the design — sketches and renders first, so there are no surprises. Nothing goes ahead until you're sure.

Because each piece is made for you, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — so please choose carefully. If you're uncertain about anything at all, ask us before you order; an honest answer costs nothing, and it's what the consultation is for.

If the size isn't quite right, your first resize is complimentary.

Your rights

You are entitled to a refund if the piece you purchased:

• is faulty (where the fault was not caused by you)
• does not match the description or sample we provided
• does not do what it is supposed to do, or what we said it would do.

Where you'd prefer it, we will repair or exchange the piece instead, where possible. Please return the piece within 7 days with proof of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia is complimentary and takes 3–5 business days.

International delivery (up to 500g) is $70 to the USA, Canada, Europe, South America and the Asia-Pacific, and takes 10–14 business days. For anywhere else, contact us for a quote.

Every piece is sent by secure, tracked post with signature on delivery. If you'd prefer a different carrier, just ask.
