From first idea to finished ring

We talk
Bring an idea, a photo, or nothing at all. We listen, and we'll be honest about what's right for you — no obligation, ever.

We design it
Sketches and CAD renders so you see your ring before anything is made. You approve the design first — nothing is made until you're sure.

You approve, we make it
A 50% deposit confirms your order and begins the making. The balance is settled when your ring is ready — about four to six weeks.
Custom quotes — given in our boutique or online — hold for 14 days. As each bespoke piece is made to order in your chosen gold or platinum, the final price is confirmed when you place your order, and we'll always flag any significant movement in metal prices first. Ready-made pieces are sold at the price shown.
